JPEG palindrome
A JPEG sat whose sat number reads the same forwards and backwards, such as 151,700,000,007,151 in block 30,340.
How a sat qualifies
A sat is a JPEG palindrome when it is both a JPEG sat and a palindrome: its decimal sat number reads the same both ways. The category's definition is jpeg and palindromes_integer together; any number of distinct digits qualifies.
Every JPEG sat has a 15-digit number, from 151,700,000,000,000 to 164,764,999,999,999. A 15-digit palindrome is fixed by its first eight digits, so one sat in every ten million is one, and the ten blocks of the JPEG list hold 500 each. The first is sat 151,700,000,007,151 (block 30,340), the next 151,700,010,007,151.
How many
5,000 JPEG palindromes exist; 636 sit in extracted outputs. 2,292 addresses hold at least one.
